Interesting aromas of baked bananas, white ash, salt water taffy, capers, and pepper corns. follow through on a soft, satiny entry to a dryish medium body with fresh meringue, delicate, spice, and feral herb and wheat grass notes. Finishes with a long, smoky singed herb and spice, banana peel, and metallic mineral ore accented fade. Very different and unconventional for a tequila drinker, but extremely complex and interesting.
