Purity Vodka is luxurious.The ultra-premium brand is produced at Ellinge Castle in southern Sweden. It's crafted from a proprietary mash of grains that includes estate-grown wheat and barley and mineral-rich spring water drawn from the castle's artesian well. The fermented mash is distilled in a pot still constructed of copper and gold that's designed specifically for the task. During the ensuing 34 distillations, 90-percent of the distillate is discarded. That which remains constitutes the "perfect cut" of the distillation.When the vodka leaves the still it's so pure that it doesn't need to be filtered, which leaves its flavor and character completely intact.As a result, Purity is an impressive vodka loaded with finesse, depth and elegance. It has an oily textured, medium-weight body and an enticing bouquet comprised of light flinty, fruity and lemony notes. The initial approach fills the mouth with a gentle warmth and the flavors of chocolate, malt and vanilla. The vodka never approaches hot or fiery on the palate. The lingering finish brings the added flavors of licorice and cocoa.
